Job Description – Sales & Marketing Executive

Location: Amravati, Gondia & Yavatmal
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new leads through field visits, calls, social media, and networking.
• Promote company products/services to prospective customers.
• Conduct sales presentations, meetings, and follow-ups to convert leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Support marketing activities such as promotions, campaigns, events, and branding.
• Conduct market research to understand competitors, trends, and customer needs.
• Maintain daily sales reports, lead trackers, and communication records.
• Work closely with the marketing and operations team to achieve monthly targets.
• Assist in creating marketing content for digital platforms (optional).

Required Skills

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to generate leads and close sales effectively.
• Good understanding of sales and marketing strategies.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined.
• Willingness to travel as part of field work.

Qualifications

• Any Graduate (MBA in Marketing preferred but not mandatory).
• Freshers with strong communication skills can apply; experience is an added advantage.
