We are looking for a Junior SQA Engineer to join our team and test our in-house ERP system from a real end-user perspective. This role is not coding-heavy but requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of business workflows.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Test various ERP modules including Inventory, Finance, HR, Accounts, etc.</li><li>Learn the legacy system and perform cross-testing with the new ERP system.</li><li>Validate workflows, calculations, and overall data accuracy.</li><li>Identify and report issues such as:</li><li>UI bugs, alignment issues, and spelling mistakes</li><li>Missing text/labels</li><li>Buttons not working or forms not submitting</li><li>Incorrect input validations</li><li>Faulty filters or search results</li><li>Calculation errors</li><li>Incorrect user roles and permissions</li><li>Document and report bugs in Jira, with clear steps, screenshots, and expected vs actual results.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>BS in Computer Science or a related field</li><li>1&ndash;2 years of QA/testing experience</li><li>Experience testing ERP systems (preferred)</li><li>Strong attention to detail and a user-focused mindset</li><li>Familiarity with web application testing and QA best practices</li></ul>Working Conditions: <ul><li>Morning Shift</li><li>5 Days Working (Monday&ndash;Friday)</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Provident Fund (PF)</li><li>Paid Leaves (PL)</li><li>Health Insurance</li><li>EOBI</li></ul>Pay: Up to Rs65,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
