Deputy Manager – Inventory & Warehousing

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Deputy Manager – Inventory & Warehousing to oversee inventory operations and warehouse management across our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in inventory control, stock management, warehousing procedures, and supply chain coordination, preferably within the telecommunications, ISP, or technology sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end inventory and warehouse operations.
• Ensure accurate stock records and inventory reconciliation.
• Monitor inventory movements, issuance, transfers, and returns.
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
• Conduct periodic stock audits and physical inventory verification.
• Coordinate with procurement, operations, and technical teams for material planning and availability.
• Maintain optimal stock levels to avoid shortages and overstocking.
• Prepare inventory reports, forecasts, and management dashboards.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and security of inventory items.
• Supervise warehouse staff and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in Inventory Management and Warehousing.
• Strong understanding of inventory control systems and warehouse operations.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory management software.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and reporting skills.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Experience in the telecommunications, ISP, networking, or technology sector will be preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
