Store & Inventory Manager

Mishkat Engineering is seeking a proactive and organized Store & Inventory Manager to oversee inventory management, store operations, and administrative activities at our factory/workshop.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain store records and ledger entries accurately.
  • Conduct stock verification and reconciliation on a regular basis.
  • Verify material quantity and quality upon receipt and issuance.
  • Update inventory software product-wise and ensure data accuracy.
  • Prepare and maintain Goods Receiving Notes (GRN).
  • Manage daily administrative operations of the factory/workshop.
  • Maintain attendance records of staff and labor.
  • Supervise and coordinate RDMC labor and workshop staff management.
  • Oversee mess arrangements and manage petty cash expenses.
  • Plan, monitor, and manage the transportation of materials from the factory to project sites, ensuring on-time delivery.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory management, and administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and inventory management software.
  • Strong knowledge of stock management, GRN preparation, and inventory reconciliation.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems will be an added advantage.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
