Inventory Manager & Operational Assistant (Night Shift)

We are seeking a sharp, driven, and analytical Inventory Manager & Operational Assistant to oversee our inventory control, data analysis, and logistics operations. This is a fast-paced, high-pressure role requiring excellent mathematical skills and the ability to work a dedicated night shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day inventory tracking, control, and reconciliation.
• Perform accurate data analysis to optimize stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
• Handle and coordinate end-to-end logistics support.
• Manage product costing, basic financial reporting, and mathematical calculations under pressure.
• Maintain clear communication with team members and management.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: Proven, hands-on experience in inventory management, supply chain, or data analysis.
• Skills: Exceptional mathematical and costing abilities. Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Traits: Quick learner with the ability to thrive in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.
• Shift: Must be comfortable working a 10-hour night shift, 6 days a week.
• Job Type: Full-time, Onsite.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: 52,000 PKR per month
• Fuel Allowance: 30 liters of fuel per month
• Health: Comprehensive family medical coverage
• Overtime: Public holidays worked will be fully compensated with overtime pay

Location & Shift Details:

• Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal (Near FTC), Karachi. (Candidates must be able to reliably commute to this location).
• Shift Timing: Night Shift (10 Hours)
