Job SummaryThe experienced Commercial HVAC Technician will install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for commercial clients across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional service.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Install, inspect, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems including rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, chillers, cooling towers, and air handlers</li><li>Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues and perform timely repairs</li><li>Perform preventive maintenance on commercial HVAC equipment per service agreements</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals</li><li>Ensure all work complies with local Dallas/Texas codes, OSHA standards, and EPA regulations</li><li>Respond to service calls and emergency repairs in a timely manner</li><li>Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and parts inventory</li><li>Communicate clearly with property managers, building owners, and team members</li><li>Operate and maintain service vehicles, tools, and equipment responsibly</li></ul>Desired Skills, Certifications, and Education:<ul><li>Excellent communication skills.</li><li>Time management skills.</li><li>Team player who can ensure fast, reliable, and expert service to every customer.</li><li>Mechanical aptitude.</li><li>Ability to follow directions and specific process steps to ensure quality workmanship.</li><li>Ability to lift 50 lbs.</li><li>Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.</li><li>Flexibility to work variable and flexible hours, including overtime.</li><li>Must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license.</li><li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED).</li><li>EPA Certification: Universal.</li><li>Supermarket refrigeration/freezer experience or warehouse refrigeration is an asset.</li><li>Perform other related duties as required and assigned.</li><li>Be an honest team player, growth-oriented, ability to do whatever it takes; safely!</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>HVAC: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
