Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician

Job Summary

The experienced Commercial HVAC Technician will install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for commercial clients across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems including rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, chillers, cooling towers, and air handlers
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues and perform timely repairs
• Perform preventive maintenance on commercial HVAC equipment per service agreements
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals
• Ensure all work complies with local Dallas/Texas codes, OSHA standards, and EPA regulations
• Respond to service calls and emergency repairs in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and parts inventory
• Communicate clearly with property managers, building owners, and team members
• Operate and maintain service vehicles, tools, and equipment responsibly

• Must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• EPA Certification: Universal.
• Supermarket refrigeration/freezer experience or warehouse refrigeration is an asset.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
