Global Marks Private Limited is a growing FMCG company looking for an experienced Logistics In-Charge to manage end-to-end Supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will ensure timely, cost-effective deliveries while maintaining high standards of inventory accuracy and vendor performance.What you will do<ul><li>Plan, schedule, and monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery to distributors and retailers.</li><li>Manage fleet operations and third party transport providers, including route optimization and carrier performance monitoring.</li><li>Coordinate with the team to align supply with demand.</li><li>Negotiate freight rates, prepare shipping documentation, and ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements.</li><li>Implement and monitor KPIs for logistics performance, cost control, and service levels.</li><li>Lead and coach logistics and warehouse staff to maintain safety, productivity, and accuracy.</li><li>Drive continuous process improvements to reduce costs, improve lead times, and increase order accuracy.</li></ul>What are we looking for?<ul><li>Strong knowledge of logistics, inventory management, planning, and warehouse operations.</li><li>Proficient in MS Excel; experience with ERP, WMS, or TMS (SAP or similar) is preferred.</li><li>Excellent vendor management, negotiation, and problem solving skills.</li><li>Good communication skills and team leadership abilities.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.</li><li>Valid driving license and willingness to travel for inspections and route checks.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field preferred.</li><li>Minimum 3 years&rsquo; hands-on logistics experience, ideally in FMCG manufacturing or distribution.</li></ul>How to apply?
