Supply Chain Manager

Job Overview

Global Marks Private Limited is hiring a Supply Chain Manager to lead and streamline end-to-end Supply Chain Operations. This role requires a hands-on professional who can manage Procurement, Planning, Inventory, and Logistics while ensuring smooth coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complete supply chain operations from procurement to distribution
  • Plan demand forecasts and production schedules
  • Oversee sourcing of raw and packaging materials
  • Monitor inventory to maintain optimal stock levels
  • Coordinate with production, warehouse, and sales teams
  • Manage logistics and distribution processes
  • Track KPIs and prepare supply chain reports
  • Identify cost-saving and efficiency improvement opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration
  • 5–8 years of experience in FMCG manufacturing (Home Care/Personal Care preferred)
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems
  • Good leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills
