 Key Responsibilities
 
 <ul>

 Achieve delegate and sponsorship sales targets for international conferences.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design and execute targeted&nbsp;
 
 email and social media campaigns
 
 &nbsp;to promote events.
 </li>
 <li>
 Generate fresh&nbsp;
 
 marketing ideas
 
 &nbsp;to expand reach, improve engagement, and boost registrations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain relationships with potential delegates, partners, and sponsors across global markets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track, analyze, and report campaign performance to optimize results.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the development of marketing collateral, website content, and newsletters.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications &amp; Skills
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 1&ndash;3 years&rsquo; experience in marketing, conference production, or B2B sales (international exposure preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of&nbsp;
 
 digital marketing tools
 
 &nbsp;(LinkedIn, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Creative thinker with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver results.
 </li>
 <li>
 Interest in infrastructure, transport, or clean mobility sectors is a plus.
 </li>
