We are seeking a dynamic
Marketing Associate
to join our team and drive growth for our international conferences portfolio.
Key Responsibilities

Achieve delegate and sponsorship sales targets for international conferences.

Design and execute targeted
email and social media campaigns
to promote events.

Generate fresh
marketing ideas
to expand reach, improve engagement, and boost registrations.

Build and maintain relationships with potential delegates, partners, and sponsors across global markets.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.

Track, analyze, and report campaign performance to optimize results.

Support the development of marketing collateral, website content, and newsletters.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

1–3 years’ experience in marketing, conference production, or B2B sales (international exposure preferred).

Strong understanding of
digital marketing tools
(LinkedIn, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative thinker with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver results.

Interest in infrastructure, transport, or clean mobility sectors is a plus.
