Role and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Receives and completes Sales Orders in QuickBooks.</li><li>Confirms / validates accuracy of volume, price, packaging, ship to and bill to data fields with customer.</li><li>Coordinates with vendors to purchase materials and ensure product availability and ability to deliver to customer requested dates.</li><li>Issues orders to the manufacturing floor for production, remaining in high contact to achieve ship dates.</li><li>Coordinates the development and issuance of transfer orders to intercompany depots.</li><li>Maintain inventory counts in QuickBooks, including cycle counts, validation or inventory amounts and disposals or obsolete inventory, review inventory adjustments.</li><li>Analyze, review, audit &amp; update Bill of Materials as required.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Excellent attention to detail skills with experience in a manufacturing environment.</li><li>Demonstrated experience collaborating with manufacturing team members and exceeding their expectations and meeting customer needs.</li><li>Demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Proficient Excel skills</li><li>Experience with order entry module in QuickBooks.</li><li>Proficiency in time management, written and oral communication skills.</li><li>Bilingual &ndash; Spanish</li></ul>This position is a salaried position requiring support in different time zones.Job Type: Full-timePay: $56,000.00 - $72,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) 6% Match</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible spending account</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
