Role and Responsibilities:

  • Receives and completes Sales Orders in QuickBooks.
  • Confirms / validates accuracy of volume, price, packaging, ship to and bill to data fields with customer.
  • Coordinates with vendors to purchase materials and ensure product availability and ability to deliver to customer requested dates.
  • Issues orders to the manufacturing floor for production, remaining in high contact to achieve ship dates.
  • Coordinates the development and issuance of transfer orders to intercompany depots.
  • Maintain inventory counts in QuickBooks, including cycle counts, validation or inventory amounts and disposals or obsolete inventory, review inventory adjustments.
  • Analyze, review, audit & update Bill of Materials as required.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent attention to detail skills with experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with manufacturing team members and exceeding their expectations and meeting customer needs.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficient Excel skills
  • Experience with order entry module in QuickBooks.
  • Proficiency in time management, written and oral communication skills.
  • Bilingual – Spanish

This position is a salaried position requiring support in different time zones.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $56,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
