Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Make outbound calls to prospective clients and respond to inbound inquiries regarding immigration services.</li><li>Explain various visa programs, eligibility requirements, documentation, and processing timelines.</li><li>Understand client needs and qualify leads before forwarding them to senior consultants.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system.</li><li>Follow up with interested clients by phone, email, and messages to ensure engagement.</li><li>Schedule appointments for counseling sessions and assist in the onboarding process.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest immigration policies, country requirements, and service offerings.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service, address concerns, and guide clients professionally.</li><li>Work closely with the sales and documentation teams to ensure smooth processing.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum 12th pass / Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred.</li><li>Prior experience in telecalling, client support, or immigration is an advantage.</li><li>Excellent verbal communication skills in English (and regional languages, if applicable).</li><li>Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.</li><li>Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a target-driven environment.</li><li>Positive attitude, professionalism, and the ability to learn quickly.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary + performance-</li><li>Training on immigration programs and sales techniques</li><li>Growth opportunities within the organization</li><li>Supportive and dynamic work environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
