Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and respond to inbound inquiries regarding immigration services.
  • Explain various visa programs, eligibility requirements, documentation, and processing timelines.
  • Understand client needs and qualify leads before forwarding them to senior consultants.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with interested clients by phone, email, and messages to ensure engagement.
  • Schedule appointments for counseling sessions and assist in the onboarding process.
  • Stay updated with the latest immigration policies, country requirements, and service offerings.
  • Provide excellent customer service, address concerns, and guide clients professionally.
  • Work closely with the sales and documentation teams to ensure smooth processing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12th pass / Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, client support, or immigration is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English (and regional languages, if applicable).
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a target-driven environment.
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and the ability to learn quickly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
