Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and respond to inbound inquiries regarding immigration services.
- Explain various visa programs, eligibility requirements, documentation, and processing timelines.
- Understand client needs and qualify leads before forwarding them to senior consultants.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with interested clients by phone, email, and messages to ensure engagement.
- Schedule appointments for counseling sessions and assist in the onboarding process.
- Stay updated with the latest immigration policies, country requirements, and service offerings.
- Provide excellent customer service, address concerns, and guide clients professionally.
- Work closely with the sales and documentation teams to ensure smooth processing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 12th pass / Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Prior experience in telecalling, client support, or immigration is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (and regional languages, if applicable).
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and the ability to learn quickly.
