Tele Caller Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a Telecaller for our Healthcare Centre to handle patient inquiries, appointment scheduling, and follow-up calls. This is not a sales job and involves no targets. The role focuses on providing accurate information, supporting patients, and ensuring smooth communication between patients and the healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from patients and provide information about services, timings, and procedures.
• Make follow-up calls to patients for appointment reminders, report collection, or feedback.
• Schedule and confirm appointments using the clinic/hospital system.
• Guide patients regarding the required documents, test preparations, or specialist availability.
• Maintain and update patient records accurately.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff for patient queries.
• Handle patient concerns politely and escalate to the appropriate department if necessary.
• Ensure all calls are handled with empathy, patience, and professionalism.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
• Prior experience in a healthcare or telecalling role is an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal communication in English/Hindi/Regional language.
• Ability to remain calm and patient with elderly or distressed callers.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, appointment systems).
• Good listening skills and attention to detail.

• Empathetic and polite communication.
• Professional and friendly behavior.
• Ability to understand basic medical terminology (advantage, not mandatory).
• Strong organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
