ROLE OVERVIEW 
Global Rescue is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support a wide range of marketing initiatives within our Channel Partnerships division. This role is ideal for an early-career marketer who is eager to learn, enjoys variety in their day-to-day work, and is excited to contribute across multiple areas of marketing. The Marketing Coordinator will play an important role in supporting various partner-focused marketing programs, including trade shows and events, partner lead generation efforts, webinars, email marketing, and performance reporting. Working closely with cross-functional teams, this role helps ensure our partner marketing efforts are well-organized, on-brand, and driving meaningful business impact. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and collaborative, with a positive attitude and team player mentality. 


 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 


Event Coordination
<ul><li> Support the planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, and partner events, including logistics, registration, vendor coordination, shipping, and on-site support.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Maintain event project plans, timelines, checklists, and inventory tracking for booth assets and promotional materials.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Assist with preliminary budget planning, purchase orders, and coordination of event-related vendors and contractors.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Create clear event guides and resources for internal teams supporting on-site execution.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Participate in on-site event support as needed to ensure a positive and professional brand presence.</li></ul>

Multichannel Marketing Support
<ul><li> Assist with pre-and post-event marketing efforts, including email marketing, sponsorship deliverables, social and digital support, and partner communications.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Coordinate the creation, ordering, and management of marketing collateral, swag, and partner-branded materials.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure consistent messaging and visuals across all event-related touchpoints.</li></ul>

Lead Generation Support
<ul><li> Assist in lead generation initiatives across digital and partner channels, and coordinate deliverables on select strategic partner accounts.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Organize lead nurture emails and assist with other partner communications.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Help coordinate outbound lead generation activities, including list development, campaign setup, and alignment with sales.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Assist with creating collateral and presentation resources.</li></ul>

Measurement &amp; Reporting
<ul><li> Track and organize performance metrics for events (leads, conversion, partner engagement).</li></ul>
<ul><li> Assist with post-event follow-up processes in collaboration with sales and marketing operations.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Contribute to recap reports that summarize results, insights, and recommendations.</li></ul>

General Marketing Support
<ul><li>
Research, quote, order, and manage inventory of promotional items and marketing materials.</li><li>
Provide general support to the partner marketing team across initiatives and special projects.</li><li>
Act as a flexible team contributor, helping balance workloads during peak periods.</li></ul> 


QUALIFICATIONS 

<ul><li> BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or other related field (or equivalent experience).</li></ul>
<ul><li>
1-2 years of applicable experience (internship experience will be considered).</li><li>
Strong time management, organization, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events or projects simultaneously.</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident working with cross-functional teams.</li><li>
A good balance between being independent in some tasks but checking in with stakeholders at the right time for guidance and status updates</li><li>
Willingness to travel and flexibility to work occasional evenings/weekends for event coverage.</li><li>
Nice to have but not required &ndash; Experience with SharePoint, Dynamics or other CRM systems, Monday.com, and Adobe Creative Suite programs.</li></ul>
