This role is essential to maintaining orderly performance in a deliverable-intensive environment, ensuring our technical staff can remain entirely focused on compliance analysis.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide comprehensive project coordination to ensure disciplined scheduling, document control, and submission integrity throughout the contract.</li><li>Support the assembly and timely submission of kickoff materials, monthly status reports, and final report packages.</li><li>Maintain and update central project trackers, including issues, findings, and improvement logs.</li><li>Reduce administrative burden on the technical team by managing the tracking, organizing, and packaging of recurring deliverables.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven experience maintaining tracking logs, schedules, or recurring deliverable processes in a professional or government contracting environment.</li><li>Strong professional document control and submission support capabilities.</li><li>Exceptional responsiveness and organizational discipline.</li><li>Ability to seamlessly support issue tracking and status report assembly.</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
