About the Role

GSS is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support a critical federal travel compliance engagement. This role is essential to maintaining orderly performance in a deliverable-intensive environment, ensuring our technical staff can remain entirely focused on compliance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive project coordination to ensure disciplined scheduling, document control, and submission integrity throughout the contract.
  • Support the assembly and timely submission of kickoff materials, monthly status reports, and final report packages.
  • Maintain and update central project trackers, including issues, findings, and improvement logs.
  • Reduce administrative burden on the technical team by managing the tracking, organizing, and packaging of recurring deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience maintaining tracking logs, schedules, or recurring deliverable processes in a professional or government contracting environment.
  • Strong professional document control and submission support capabilities.
  • Exceptional responsiveness and organizational discipline.
  • Ability to seamlessly support issue tracking and status report assembly.
