We are looking for an Human Resource / Admin ExecutiveThe candidate will be responsible for:<ul><li>Maintaining a database of potential candidates.</li><li>Assisting in maintaining employee file records.</li><li>Sending reference check emails for newly hired employees and following up accordingly.</li><li>Planning and organizing monthly birthdays.</li><li>Recruitment process (Scheduling and coordinating interviews)</li><li>Assisting in day-to-day operations of the Admin office functions and responsibilities.</li><li>Planning and execution of employee engagement events.</li><li>Maintaining HR presence on different social media channels</li><li>Maintaining office decorum</li><li>Set of unspoken and explicit rules of behavior for maintaining a respectful, professional, and productive work environment</li><li>Covering aspects like punctuality, appropriate dress, respectful communication, maintaining a clean workspace, and being considerate of colleagues' time and personal boundaries</li></ul>Required Job Specifications<ul><li>Qualification Minimum Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resource Management.</li><li>Experience 1 - 2 years experience in relevant responsibilities</li><li>Shift Timings: 09:00 PM - 06:00 PM</li><li>Working Days: Monday - Saturday</li><li>Location: Main Shahra-e-Faisal, Near Baloch Flyover.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
