Position: IT Support Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Executive to provide hardware and software support across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and business applications.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Set up new user accounts, email accounts, and system access.
• Install and configure computer peripherals and office devices.
• Maintain and update IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Perform routine system maintenance, software updates, and antivirus management.
• Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, and basic network connectivity issues.
• Coordinate with vendors for equipment repairs, warranty claims, and IT procurement.
• Ensure timely resolution of IT support tickets and user requests.
• Maintain data backups and follow IT security policies.
• Provide user training and guidance on IT systems and applications when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, printers).
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and remote support tools is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
