Online Orders & Customer Support Executive
Location: Karachi
Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and organized person to manage our online orders and customer communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage daily online orders.
Communicate with customers through WhatsApp, phone calls, and social media.
Confirm orders and follow up with customers.
Coordinate with the dispatch/courier team for timely deliveries.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
Update order records and maintain accurate customer data.
Track pending orders and ensure timely completion.
Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the team when items are low.
Prepare daily order and sales reports.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Requirements:
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Good English and Urdu communication.
Basic computer skills (Excel, email, online systems).
Ability to manage multiple orders and tasks efficiently.
Experience in e-commerce, online sales, or customer support is preferred.
