Customer Support Executive

About the Role

Arrak Consulting is seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Support Intern to support our e-commerce operations. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience across all touchpoints while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner

Assist customers with product details, order placement, and payment-related queries

Handle shipping updates, delivery tracking, returns, and exchanges

Guide customers throughout the online purchasing journey

Escalate complex or unresolved issues to relevant internal teams

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution

Stay up to date on products, promotions, and company policies

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in progress or recently completed

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Basic understanding of customer service or e-commerce (preferred)

Familiarity with Shopify or similar platforms is a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications

Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to work 6 days a week in a fixed day or night shift

Preferred Skills

Exposure to CRM or helpdesk tools

Basic understanding of shipping and order fulfillment processes

Interest in e-commerce and online retail operations

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
