 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 Clinical &amp; Guest Care
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Conduct detailed Ayurvedic consultations, pulse diagnosis (Nadi Pariksha), and create personalized wellness programs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prescribe Ayurvedic therapies, diet, herbal supplements, and lifestyle recommendations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee Panchakarma and other detox or rejuvenation programs to ensure authenticity and safety.
 </li>
 <li>
 Educate guests on holistic living, preventive health, and mindful lifestyle practices.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Operational Management
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Supervise daily wellness center operations, ensuring smooth coordination between departments (spa, therapies, kitchen, housekeeping, and guest relations).
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage wellness schedules, therapist assignments, and guest flow for optimal efficiency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain high service and hygiene standards across all treatment areas.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the marketing and sales team in developing wellness packages and program content.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Team Leadership &amp; Training
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Train wellness and spa teams on Ayurvedic principles, service protocols, and guest communication.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct regular briefings and ensure a positive, collaborative team culture.
 </li>
 <li>
 Evaluate therapist performance and encourage continuous professional growth.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Program Development &amp; Innovation
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Contribute to the design of new wellness programs integrating Ayurveda, yoga, nutrition, and modern therapies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with chefs and nutritionists on Ayurvedic wellness menus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in workshops, retreats, and special events as a wellness expert.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Skills
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine &amp; Surgery) or equivalent degree.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 5 years&rsquo; experience in Ayurveda practice, preferably in luxury spa, resort, or clinical wellness setting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of Panchakarma, detox, and lifestyle correction therapies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience managing wellness operations or leading a multi-disciplinary team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and leadership skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in English (additional language skills like Turkish or Arabic are a plus).
 </li>
