Successful candidates have the potential to earn up to &#8377;60,000 per month , based on performance and incentives.Our company specialises in premium quality stainless steel water tanks, offering customers a hygienic, durable, plastic-free and high-value water storage solution.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.</li><li>Make dealerships and franchises.</li><li>Plan and execute marketing strategies, both online and offline.</li><li>Expand and manage dealer and distributor networks.</li><li>Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback.</li><li>Coordinate with production, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations.</li><li>Prepare regular sales reports and strategic plans for business growth.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.</li></ul>Candidate Requirements:<ul><li>5+ years of experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in building materials, construction, or industrial products.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.</li><li>Strong leadership and team management skills.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Ability to take ownership of multiple business functions.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;35,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Sales: 5 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Ernakulam, Kerala (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
