We are seeking motivated and result-oriented individuals who are ready to work hard and grow with us. Successful candidates have the potential to earn up to ₹60,000 per month , based on performance and incentives.

Our company specialises in premium quality stainless steel water tanks, offering customers a hygienic, durable, plastic-free and high-value water storage solution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Make dealerships and franchises.
• Plan and execute marketing strategies, both online and offline.
• Expand and manage dealer and distributor networks.
• Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare regular sales reports and strategic plans for business growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

Candidate Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in building materials, construction, or industrial products.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to take ownership of multiple business functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
