Role Overview

We're hiring Insurance Sales Managers to lead a high-performance team that promotes our health plans to individuals, families, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of OHA Care Plans through field and digital channels
• Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and awareness events
• Build partnerships with local businesses and communities
• Monitor team performance and report results
• Ensure compliance with insurance/healthcare sales guidelines
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales Interns

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in insurance sales / health plans / BFSI / healthcare
• Proven experience in team handling and achieving sales targets
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Local language proficiency is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 per year
