Program Manager

Job Summary :-

We are seeking a Program Manager (Expansion) to lead our growth initiatives in the Mumbai market. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the city’s geography, demographics, standards of living, and real estate landscape. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities who can identify, evaluate, and operational new supply opportunities while ensuring sustainable business growth.

This position will play a key role in expanding our centres across Mumbai, ensuring feasibility, profitability, and excellence in execution. The candidate should be comfortable managing end-to-end ownership of centre launches, including financial planning, supply identification, and cross-functional coordination.


Key Responsibilities :-

• Market Research & Feasibility

o Conduct in-depth analysis of Mumbai’s micro-markets to identify new expansion opportunities.

o Evaluate feasibility based on location, quality of life, demographics, and affordability.

o Track emerging hubs, residential/commercial clusters, and competitive landscape.

• Supply Acquisition & Execution

o Identify and onboard new supply partners and channels (1P, 2P, 3P models).

o Negotiate and finalise partnerships ensuring alignment with business goals.

o Plan and execute new centre launches with full ownership of P&L.

• Performance Tracking & Reporting

o Deliver on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly targets.

o Maintain dashboards and reports on existing and upcoming centres.

o Provide data-driven insights to leadership for strategic decision-making.

• On-Ground Insights & Engagement

o Conduct regular site visits to gather real-time insights.

o Liaise with property owners, developers, and other stakeholders.

o Monitor operational quality and suggest improvements.

• Cross-functional Collaboration

o Work closely with Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Legal teams for seamless execution.

o Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and legal frameworks.


Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred).

• Minimum 3 - 5 Years of relevant experience in expansion, business development, real estate, or program management (Mumbai market exposure is a must).

• Strong business acumen with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.

• Proficiency in MS Office & Google Suite (especially Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides).

• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Willingness to travel frequently for centre visits and feasibility studies.

• Proven ability to manage P&L for new initiatives.
