Key Roles and Responsibilities1. Patient Handling &amp; Front Desk Operations<ul><li>Greet patients and visitors courteously and professionally.</li><li>Register patients accurately in the system (demographics, documents, consent).</li><li>Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments.</li><li>Guide patients regarding consultation flow, investigations, and billing counters.</li><li>Manage patient waiting time and coordinate with clinical staff.</li></ul>2. Documentation &amp; Records<ul><li>Maintain patient files, reports, and medical records confidentiality.</li><li>Verify identity documents required for medical examinations (company / seafarer / insurance cases).</li><li>Handle consent forms, declarations, and appointment registers.</li><li>Ensure proper filing (physical and electronic).</li></ul>3. Billing &amp; Cash Handling (if applicable)<ul><li>Generate invoices, receipts, and payment acknowledgements.</li><li>Collect consultation and investigation charges.</li><li>Maintain daily cash summary and handover to accounts.</li><li>Coordinate with accounts team for pending payments.</li></ul>4. Communication &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Attend incoming calls and respond to email/WhatsApp inquiries professionally.</li><li>Coordinate with doctors, nurses, lab, radiology, and management.</li><li>Communicate appointment status, delays, and instructions clearly to patients.</li><li>Handle basic patient queries and escalate clinical concerns appropriately.</li></ul>5. Customer Service &amp; Patient Experience<ul><li>Ensure a polite, calm, and empathetic approach at all times.</li><li>Address patient complaints at front-desk level and escalate when required.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.</li><li>Uphold clinic policies, etiquette, and professional standards.</li></ul>6. Compliance &amp; Quality<ul><li>Follow NABH / ISO / clinic SOPs relevant to front office operations.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality as per patient data protection guidelines.</li><li>Support audits, inspections, and accreditation processes.</li><li>Ensure visitor control and safety protocols.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Good communication skills (English and local language).</li><li>Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / EMR / billing software).</li><li>Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and handle pressure situations.</li><li>Professional appearance and behavior.</li></ul>Qualification<ul><li>Any graduate / diploma preferred.</li><li>Prior experience in healthcare front office is an advantage (freshers may apply).</li></ul>Working Conditions<ul><li>Clinic / diagnostic center environment</li><li>Shift as per clinic operational hours</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
