Our schedule is intentionally designed to see approximately 8&ndash;10 patients per day, allowing us to give each patient the attention they deserve&mdash;without the stress of constant overbooking.Our team is close-knit, supportive, and takes pride in creating a positive experience for both patients and one another.Who we&rsquo;re looking forWe&rsquo;re seeking an experienced Dental Assistant who is organized, attentive, and genuinely enjoys patient care. The right person for this role is someone who takes initiative, values efficiency without rushing, and contributes to a smooth, respectful team dynamic.You&rsquo;ll do well here if you:<ul><li>Have a strong eye for detail and stay one step ahead</li><li>Communicate clearly and kindly with patients</li><li>Take pride in maintaining an organized, efficient clinical space</li><li>Value teamwork and a positive work environment</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Chairside assisting during a variety of dental procedures</li><li>Preparing and turning over treatment rooms efficiently</li><li>Sterilization of instruments and maintaining clinical standards</li><li>Supporting patient comfort throughout their visit</li><li>Assisting with inventory and supply management</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous dental assisting experience required</li><li>Familiarity with Eaglesoft is preferred</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills</li><li>Professional, friendly demeanor with patients and team members</li></ul>We look forward to hearing from you!Job Type: Full-timePay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hourWork Location: In person
