Dental Assistant (RDA or DA)

We are a small, privately owned practice in Lake Mary focused on providing thoughtful, high-quality care in a calm, well-paced environment. Our schedule is intentionally designed to see approximately 8–10 patients per day, allowing us to give each patient the attention they deserve—without the stress of constant overbooking.

Who we’re looking for

We’re seeking an experienced Dental Assistant who is organized, attentive, and genuinely enjoys patient care. The right person for this role is someone who takes initiative, values efficiency without rushing, and contributes to a smooth, respectful team dynamic.

Key Responsibilities

• Chairside assisting during a variety of dental procedures
• Preparing and turning over treatment rooms efficiently
• Sterilization of instruments and maintaining clinical standards
• Supporting patient comfort throughout their visit
• Assisting with inventory and supply management

Qualifications

• Previous dental assisting experience required
• Familiarity with Eaglesoft is preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Professional, friendly demeanor with patients and team members

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
