Urgent Hiring Dental Assistant for April 15 and 16

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Dental Assistant or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our friendly and professional dental team. We currently need coverage for 2 days: April 15th and 16th. There is a possibility for future part-time or full-time opportunities.

We are a small general practice in Cupertino with an awesome team and family-oriented patient base. We are looking for someone that shares the belief that close patient relationships along with an emphasis on cultivating a great team atmosphere are the foundations of a successful dental practice. Prior dental assisting experience is preferred, but not required. We are happy to provide on-the-job training. Salary will be based on prior dental assisting experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Take dental X-rays
• Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Follow all infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications

• Dental Assistant or RDA certification preferred, but not required
• Willingness to learn and be trained on the job
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Reliable and detail-oriented
