Duties and responsibilities<ul><li>Greeting Clients: Welcome clients with a warm and friendly presence, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.</li><li>Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm appointments, handle cancellations, and manage the appointment book efficiently.</li><li>Client Assistance: Address client inquiries, provide information about services and courses, and assist with product purchases.</li><li>Administrative Tasks: Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence; manage office supplies and maintain accurate records.</li><li>Coordination: Work closely with the beauty therapists and academy staff to ensure smooth daily operations and support their needs.</li><li>Reception Area Maintenance: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and inviting.</li><li>Assisting Leadership: Provide support to the Assistant and CEO with various administrative tasks and projects as needed, including organizing meetings, preparing documents, and managing special requests.</li><li>Social Media: Handling Social media Experience is a plus point.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Excellent in Microsoft office</li><li>Arabic Language is plus Point</li><li>Female</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in any medical related field or equivalent is preferred</li><li>At least 1 year of UAE ( Aesthetic Clinic) or 3 years in home country experience in administrative role within the healthcare industry</li><li>Knowledge of healthcare regulations and confidentiality guidelines is highly preferred</li><li>Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li></ul>Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Your Visa Status?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Aesthetic Clinic: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Arabic (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
