Ltd. is looking for two enthusiastic and field-driven Sales Representatives to lead retail and distribution growth in the Kullu region for our natural mineral water brands &ndash; Kunsel and Menchuka. This is a great opportunity to be part of a premium, fast-scaling beverage brand rooted in the Himalayas.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Sales &amp; Market Development</li><li>Generate daily orders from retailers, kirana stores, hotels, and institutions in the assigned territory</li><li>Expand retail reach and ensure product availability across general and modern trade</li><li>Promote new product launches, offers, and schemes</li><li>Distributor &amp; Channel Coordination</li><li>Work with local distributors to manage orders, inventory, returns, and credit cycles</li><li>Support distributor expansion in new and underserved localities</li><li>Visibility &amp; Branding</li><li>Ensure attractive product placement and visibility through in-store displays, POS materials, and local branding initiatives</li><li>Reporting &amp; Feedback</li><li>Maintain visit logs, daily sales data, and share customer feedback and competitor updates</li><li>Meet monthly sales targets and coordinate with the sales head regularly</li></ul>Candidate Profile:<ul><li>3&ndash;5 years&rsquo; field sales experience in beverages or FMCG</li><li>10th/12th pass minimum; graduates preferred</li><li>Knowledge of assigned region and retail market</li><li>Must be energetic, responsible, and sales-focused</li><li>Two-wheeler with valid license preferred</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Fixed salary + attractive performance-linked incentives</li><li>Growth opportunities in a professional and fast-growing company</li><li>Local support and structured training</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per monthLanguage:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
