Area Sales Executive

Location:

• Kullu Region – including Kullu, Bhuntar, Manali, and nearby towns

Glowing Spring Waves Pvt. Ltd. is looking for two enthusiastic and field-driven Sales Representatives to lead retail and distribution growth in the Kullu region for our natural mineral water brands – Kunsel and Menchuka. This is a great opportunity to be part of a premium, fast-scaling beverage brand rooted in the Himalayas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Market Development
• Generate daily orders from retailers, kirana stores, hotels, and institutions in the assigned territory
• Expand retail reach and ensure product availability across general and modern trade
• Promote new product launches, offers, and schemes
• Distributor & Channel Coordination
• Work with local distributors to manage orders, inventory, returns, and credit cycles
• Support distributor expansion in new and underserved localities
• Visibility & Branding
• Ensure attractive product placement and visibility through in-store displays, POS materials, and local branding initiatives
• Reporting & Feedback
• Maintain visit logs, daily sales data, and share customer feedback and competitor updates
• Meet monthly sales targets and coordinate with the sales head regularly

Candidate Profile:

• 3–5 years’ field sales experience in beverages or FMCG
• 10th/12th pass minimum; graduates preferred
• Knowledge of assigned region and retail market
• Must be energetic, responsible, and sales-focused
• Two-wheeler with valid license preferred
