We deliver high-quality lawn care, landscape maintenance, and seasonal services with a focus on detail, safety, and customer satisfaction.Job Overview As the Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader, you&rsquo;ll supervise a crew of 2&ndash;5 members and ensure scheduled lawn maintenance and landscaping services are completed safely, efficiently, and to GLS standards. You&rsquo;ll serve as the on-site supervisor and primary field contact for management and clients.Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead, assign, and supervise daily lawn maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, weed-eating, debris removal, and general landscape upkeep.</li><li>Operate commercial landscaping equipment and ensure safe and proper use by the crew.</li><li>Perform quality control, ensuring each property meets GLS appearance standards before completion.</li><li>Conduct basic equipment maintenance, inspections, and report repair needs.</li><li>Communicate with clients professionally on-site and escalate issues to management when needed.</li><li>Complete timesheets and job documentation accurately.</li><li>Maintain compliance with all safety procedures and PPE usage.</li><li>Train, coach, and mentor crew members.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>2&ndash;3 years professional lawn maintenance/landscaping experience; supervisory experience preferred.</li><li>Proficiency with commercial mowers, trimmers, blowers, and related equipment.</li><li>Strong leadership and communication skills.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license; clean driving record preferred.</li><li>Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors in varying weather.</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong customer service skills.</li><li>Ability to record work performed and use basic mobile/digital tools.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Landscape or horticulture certifications (such as CLT).</li><li>Turf fertilization license preferred but not required.</li><li>Bilingual English/Spanish.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive pay: $20&ndash;$25/hr., depending on experience.</li><li>Opportunity for year-round employment based on workload.</li><li>Advancement opportunities as GLS continues to grow.</li><li>Work with a professional and safety-focused team.</li><li>Accrued Paid Time Off</li></ul>How To Apply<ul><li>Submit your resume or work history and contact information.
