Logistics Coordinator &ndash; GLS-SL LLC (Al Rayyan)The Logistics Coordinator at GLS-SL LLC is responsible for overseeing and supporting the end-to-end coordination of logistics operations, ensuring the efficient movement, storage, and distribution of goods. This role plays a key part in maintaining smooth supply chain performance, accurate documentation, and timely deliveries across all assigned projects and clients.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including scheduling, tracking, and confirming deliveries</li><li>Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, transport providers, and internal departments to ensure smooth logistics flow</li><li>Prepare and manage shipping documents such as invoices, delivery notes, packing lists, and customs paperwork</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and support warehouse teams in stock control and reconciliation</li><li>Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations and company procedures</li><li>Resolve delivery delays, damages, or discrepancies efficiently and professionally</li><li>Maintain accurate records in logistics and ERP systems</li><li>Support cost-control initiatives by optimizing transport routes and shipment consolidation</li><li>Communicate updates to management regarding shipment status, risks, and operational issues</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and logistics/ERP systems</li><li>Good communication and negotiation skills</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines</li></ul>Key Competencies<ul><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Problem-solving ability</li><li>Time management</li><li>Team collaboration</li><li>Reliability and accountability</li></ul>الراتب المدفوع: QAR٠٫٠٠&nbsp;لكل عامموقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
