<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Position:
</b></h2><ul><li>Ensure that sales turnover goals are achieved for the assigned region.</li><li>Formulate sales strategies, set targets, and establish clear KPIs to accomplish the regional sales objectives.</li><li>Develop marketing plans and budgets that align with corporate goals.
</li><li>Advance business development opportunities through MAC, System Integrators, and OEMs.
</li><li>Foster relationships with key end users, EPCs, and engineering firms by conducting product presentations, seminars, and ensuring products are pre-qualified in project specifications.</li><li>Designate new sales channel partners and distributors in various locations throughout the KSA region.
</li><li>Manage CRM activities, including accounts and opportunities related to the assigned region.</li><li>Collaborate with both global and regional stakeholders to pursue major projects and ultimately enhance the company&rsquo;s success.<br>

<p></p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Requirements:
</b></h2><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Electronics or Control and Instrumentation Engineering from a reputable institution.
</li><li>A minimum of 10 years of experience in the Process Industries within the KSA region, with familiarity regarding Intrinsically Safe or Functional Safe Instrumentation and Automation products.
</li><li>Robust business management capabilities, with a track record of overseeing and coordinating external sales and project teams.
</li><li>Awareness of competitors&rsquo; products and an understanding of client needs.
</li><li>Self-driven, collaborative, organized, and proficient in time management.</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks based on business needs and effectively address issues as necessary.
</li><li>Skilled in MS Office and CRM systems, along with a comprehensive understanding of general business administrative processes.</li></ul></div><p></p>
