Job Title: Printing CoordinatorCompany: GMI Artes Graficas LLC Location: Al Rayyan, QatarJob SummaryThe Printing Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all printing operations to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality production output. This role acts as the key link between clients, design teams, production staff, and external suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and efficient job execution.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Coordinate all print production jobs from receipt of order to final delivery</li><li>Review job specifications, artwork files, and production requirements for accuracy</li><li>Schedule printing jobs based on priority, deadlines, and machine availability</li><li>Liaise with design, prepress, and production teams to ensure correct file preparation</li><li>Communicate with clients to confirm job details, timelines, and revisions when needed</li><li>Monitor production progress and resolve any issues or delays promptly</li><li>Ensure quality control checks are performed at each stage of production</li><li>Maintain accurate job tracking records and production reports</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers for materials, inks, and external printing services when required</li><li>Ensure compliance with company standards, safety procedures, and quality guidelines</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Previous experience in printing, production coordination, or a similar role</li><li>Strong understanding of printing processes (offset, digital, large format, etc.)</li><li>Excellent organizational and multitasking skills</li><li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability</li><li>Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines</li><li>Proficiency in basic office software and production tracking systems</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Diploma or degree in Printing Technology, Graphic Arts, or related field</li><li>Experience in a commercial printing or advertising production environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
