Job Description: Dispatcher &ndash; US LogisticsExperience Required: 1&ndash;3 years in freight dispatching, trucking operations, or freight brokerage. Shift: US Shift (Night Shift &ndash; IST)About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Dispatcher to manage daily load planning, carrier coordination, and shipment monitoring for US-based operations. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in US/Canada lanes, carrier networks, and the overall freight ecosystem. Candidates from a Sales background who are willing to transition into Dispatch are also encouraged to apply.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Coordinate with carriers, drivers, and customers to manage daily dispatch operations.</li><li>Plan, schedule, and assign loads based on availability and customer requirements.</li><li>Negotiate rates with carriers and ensure timely movement of freight.</li><li>Track shipments and provide real-time updates to customers and internal teams.</li><li>Handle load documentation, communication, and issue resolution.</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with carrier partners and ensure service quality.</li><li>Work with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and internal tools for load management.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, email tools, and load boards.</li><li>High attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.</li></ul>Preferred Knowledge &amp; Systems<ul><li>Familiarity with US/Canada lanes, carrier networks, and FMCSA regulations.</li><li>Experience working with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is an added advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,419.64 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Apply only if you have experience in US Dispatching?</li><li>How many loads do you book in a day?</li><li>What states do you primarily cover while dispatching, and do you have experience in sourcing carriers?</li></ul>Shift availability:<ul><li>Night Shift (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
