Whether you're mowing, operating power tools, or installing hardscape features, your contributions will make a lasting impact on our clients&rsquo; properties.Duties<ul><li>Perform lawn care activities including mowing, edging, and aerating to maintain healthy turf.</li><li>Conduct landscape maintenance tasks such as pruning trees and shrubs, planting flowers, and mulching beds.</li><li>Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for trimming, edging, and general landscaping work.</li><li>Use equipment like excavators and other construction machinery to assist with site preparation and hardscape installation.</li><li>Execute snow plowing during winter months to keep driveways and walkways clear and safe.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain landscaping equipment and power tools.</li><li>Extensive experience in lawn care practices such as mowing, fertilizing, aeration, and pest control.</li><li>Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques including pruning, planting, mulching, and soil management.</li><li>Familiarity with hardscape construction such as stonework or paver installation for patios and walkways.</li><li>Ability to operate hand tools (shovels, rakes) as well as machinery like excavators or snow plows safely.</li><li>Understanding of horticulture principles to promote plant health and landscape aesthetics.</li><li>Experience with irrigation systems installation and repair to ensure efficient water use.</li><li>Basic tree care skills including trimming techniques for safety and growth enhancement.</li><li>Ability to perform routine maintenance on landscaping equipment to ensure longevity and performance.
