Go Get 'Em is a WSLCB licensed cannabis producer/processor specializing in prerolled joints, and we're looking for a motivated Production Associate to join our hands-on team. No prior cannabis experience required &mdash; we'll train the right person. If you have a keen eye for detail, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and pick things up quickly, we want to hear from you.What you'll do:<ul><li>Process flower and other plant material in preparation for preroll production</li><li>Roll joints to quality and consistency standards</li><li>Package finished joints with care and precision</li><li>Support general production floor tasks as needed</li></ul>What we're looking for:<ul><li>Strong attention to detail &mdash; consistency and quality matter here</li><li>Ability to multitask effectively in a production environment</li><li>Quick learner who can adapt to processes and follow instructions precisely</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a small team setting</li></ul>ExperienceNo prior cannabis industry experience is required &mdash; we provide full training. Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or hands-on assembly work is a plus and will be considered favorably.Allergy notice:Preroll production is a high-dust environment with significant exposure to cannabis pollen and plant particulates.
