Production Worker

Go Get 'Em is a WSLCB licensed cannabis producer/processor specializing in prerolled joints, and we're looking for a motivated Production Associate to join our hands-on team. No prior cannabis experience required — we'll train the right person. If you have a keen eye for detail, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and pick things up quickly, we want to hear from you.

What you'll do:

• Process flower and other plant material in preparation for preroll production
• Roll joints to quality and consistency standards
• Package finished joints with care and precision
• Support general production floor tasks as needed

What we're looking for:

• Strong attention to detail — consistency and quality matter here
• Ability to multitask effectively in a production environment
• Quick learner who can adapt to processes and follow instructions precisely
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a small team setting

Experience

No prior cannabis industry experience is required — we provide full training. Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or hands-on assembly work is a plus and will be considered favorably.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
