Key Responsibilities Marketplace Account Management<ul><li>Manage daily operations of Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho seller accounts.</li><li>Ensure account health is maintained (ratings, feedback, policy compliance).</li><li>Monitor Voice of Customer, return reports, and performance notifications.</li></ul>Listing &amp; Catalog Management<ul><li>Create and upload new product listings with optimized titles, bullets &amp; keywords.</li><li>Update existing listings, pricing, and catalog as required.</li><li>Coordinate with design team to create A+ content, infographics &amp; product images.</li></ul>Inventory &amp; Order Management<ul><li>Manage stock levels; coordinate with warehouse for inward/outward.</li><li>Process orders, returns, and replacements on a daily basis.</li><li>Avoid stock-outs by planning replenishments and forecasting demand.</li></ul>Pricing &amp; Promotions<ul><li>Set up deals, coupons, lightning deals, BOGO offers, etc.</li><li>Monitor competitor pricing and adjust prices accordingly.</li><li>Run promotions during sales events (BBD, Diwali Sale, Prime Day, etc.)</li></ul>Advertising &amp; Growth<ul><li>Manage and optimise Amazon PPC &amp; Flipkart Ads campaigns.</li><li>Monitor ACoS, ROAS, and daily ad spends.</li><li>Identify opportunities for increasing visibility and organic ranking.</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Analysis<ul><li>Generate weekly and monthly sales reports.</li><li>Track product performance, pricing changes, inventory turnover, etc.</li><li>Implement improvements based on data insights.</li></ul>Skills &amp; QualificationsRequired<ul><li>Minimum 1&ndash;3 years of experience in Amazon/Flipkart/Meesho account management.</li><li>Strong knowledge of marketplace dashboards &amp; seller tools.</li><li>Understanding of listing SEO &amp; keywords.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
