Key Responsibilities Marketplace Account Management

  • Manage daily operations of Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho seller accounts.
  • Ensure account health is maintained (ratings, feedback, policy compliance).
  • Monitor Voice of Customer, return reports, and performance notifications.

Listing & Catalog Management

  • Create and upload new product listings with optimized titles, bullets & keywords.
  • Update existing listings, pricing, and catalog as required.
  • Coordinate with design team to create A+ content, infographics & product images.

Inventory & Order Management

  • Manage stock levels; coordinate with warehouse for inward/outward.
  • Process orders, returns, and replacements on a daily basis.
  • Avoid stock-outs by planning replenishments and forecasting demand.

Pricing & Promotions

  • Set up deals, coupons, lightning deals, BOGO offers, etc.
  • Monitor competitor pricing and adjust prices accordingly.
  • Run promotions during sales events (BBD, Diwali Sale, Prime Day, etc.)

Advertising & Growth

  • Manage and optimise Amazon PPC & Flipkart Ads campaigns.
  • Monitor ACoS, ROAS, and daily ad spends.
  • Identify opportunities for increasing visibility and organic ranking.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Generate weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Track product performance, pricing changes, inventory turnover, etc.
  • Implement improvements based on data insights.

Skills & QualificationsRequired

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Amazon/Flipkart/Meesho account management.
  • Strong knowledge of marketplace dashboards & seller tools.
  • Understanding of listing SEO & keywords.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
