Job Title: Office Admin cum HR Manager Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai Industry: Solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) Experience: 3&ndash;6 years preferred in administrative &amp; HR roles (Solar or infrastructure industry experience is a plus) Employment Type: Full TimeKey Responsibilities:Administrative Duties:<ul><li>Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth workflow.</li><li>Maintain company records, documentation, and filing systems (both physical &amp; digital).</li><li>Oversee procurement and inventory of office supplies and ensure timely servicing of office equipment.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and utility companies.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety, health, and hygiene standards in the office.</li><li>Support management in scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and documentation.</li></ul>Human Resources Duties:<ul><li>Handle end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, offer letters, and onboarding.</li><li>Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management.</li><li>Draft HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and company norms.</li><li>Conduct employee engagement activities, team-building events, and internal communications.</li><li>Process payroll inputs in coordination with the accounts team.</li><li>Address employee grievances and support in conflict resolution.</li><li>Monitor employee performance reviews and training needs.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software tools.</li><li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.</li><li>Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced solar EPC environment.</li><li>Knowledge of HR laws, compliance, and best practices.</li></ul>Preferred Attributes:<ul><li>Experience working in a Solar EPC or Construction industry.</li><li>Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional tasks.</li></ul>Salary: Based on experience and industry standards Joining: Immediate or within 30 daysJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;300,000.00 - &#8377;480,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Commuter assistance</li><li>Leave encashment</li></ul>Work Location: In person
