Job Title: Office Admin cum HR Manager
Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai
Industry: Solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction)
Experience: 3–6 years preferred in administrative & HR roles (Solar or infrastructure industry experience is a plus)
Employment Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:Administrative Duties:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Maintain company records, documentation, and filing systems (both physical & digital).
  • Oversee procurement and inventory of office supplies and ensure timely servicing of office equipment.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and utility companies.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and hygiene standards in the office.
  • Support management in scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and documentation.

Human Resources Duties:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, offer letters, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management.
  • Draft HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and company norms.
  • Conduct employee engagement activities, team-building events, and internal communications.
  • Process payroll inputs in coordination with the accounts team.
  • Address employee grievances and support in conflict resolution.
  • Monitor employee performance reviews and training needs.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software tools.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced solar EPC environment.
  • Knowledge of HR laws, compliance, and best practices.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience working in a Solar EPC or Construction industry.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
  • Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional tasks.

Salary: Based on experience and industry standards
Joining: Immediate or within 30 days

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
