As a <b>Social Media Visual Designer</b>, you will be responsible for creating eye-catching graphics, visuals, and design assets that elevate the brand presence of our clients across all digital platforms. You&rsquo;ll work closely with the content, marketing, and strategic teams to conceptualize and execute creative ideas that boost engagement, strengthen storytelling, and deliver consistent visual excellence. This role is ideal for designers who are passionate about trends, creativity, and social media aesthetics.</p>

<ul><li>Conceptualize creative ideas and visual themes for social media campaigns, posts, reels, and stories.</li>
<li>Convert content briefs into engaging visuals tailored for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.</li>
<li>Design high-quality graphics, illustrations, motion visuals, carousels, thumbnails, and promotional creatives.</li>
<li>Maintain visual consistency by following brand guidelines, templates, palettes, and asset libraries.</li>
<li>Collaborate with content, marketing, and performance teams to align visuals with campaign goals.</li>
<li>Keep up with design trends, platform updates, and new creative techniques.</li>
<li>Manage multiple design tasks, ensure quality control, and deliver revisions as required.</li>
</ul></div><div><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Skills &amp; Qualifications</b></h5>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.</li>
<li>Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in social media design or graphic design.</li>
<li>Strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives and digital assets.</li>
<li>Expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects (basic), and Figma.</li>
<li>Strong sense of layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.</li>
<li>Ability to interpret content briefs and turn them into engaging visuals.</li>
<li>Creativity, attention to detail, and time-management skills are essential.</li>
<li>Experience in a digital marketing agency is an added advantage.</li>

You&rsquo;ll collaborate closely with the design, content, and marketing teams to deliver high-impact motion graphics for social media, brand campaigns, ads, explainer videos, and more. Your expertise in animation and visual aesthetics will help brands communicate effectively and stand out in a competitive digital landscape.</p>

<ul><li>Conceptualize, design, and execute high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video assets.</li>

<li>Collaborate with designers and content writers to convert ideas into visually appealing animated stories.</li>
<li>Edit and enhance raw footage, adding effects, transitions, sound design, and visual elements.</li>
<li>Support the creation of explainer videos, logo animations, and micro-animations for digital platforms.</li>
<li>Ensure all outputs are in line with brand guidelines, visual consistency, and quality standards.</li>
<li>Stay updated with the latest animation trends, visual styles, and video editing techniques.</li>
<li>Manage multiple projects with clear timelines and deliver accurate outputs within deadlines.</li>
<li>Work with cross-functional teams to refine concepts and improve creative outcomes.</li>
</ul></div><div><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Skills &amp; Qualifications</b></h5>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Design, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related field.</li>
<li>Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in motion graphics and animation (agency experience preferred).</li>
<li>Strong proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other animation tools.</li>
<li>Knowledge of 2D animation, typography animation, and video editing workflows.</li>
<li>Creativity, attention to detail, and strong visual storytelling skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality output on strict deadlines.</li>
<li>Familiarity with 3D tools (Blender/Cinema4D) is an added advantage.</li>
