Role: Motion Graphic Designer

Role Overview

At God Particles, we believe in creating visuals that move, stories that engage, and designs that leave a lasting impact. As a Motion Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for transforming creative concepts into visually compelling animations, videos, and digital assets that elevate brand storytelling. You’ll collaborate closely with the design, content, and marketing teams to deliver high-impact motion graphics for social media, brand campaigns, ads, explainer videos, and more. Your expertise in animation and visual aesthetics will help brands communicate effectively and stand out in a competitive digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and execute high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video assets.
• Produce engaging motion content for social media, marketing campaigns, product videos, and brand presentations.
• Collaborate with designers and content writers to convert ideas into visually appealing animated stories.
• Edit and enhance raw footage, adding effects, transitions, sound design, and visual elements.
• Support the creation of explainer videos, logo animations, and micro-animations for digital platforms.
• Ensure all outputs are in line with brand guidelines, visual consistency, and quality standards.
• Stay updated with the latest animation trends, visual styles, and video editing techniques.
• Manage multiple projects with clear timelines and deliver accurate outputs within deadlines.
• Work with cross-functional teams to refine concepts and improve creative outcomes.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in motion graphics and animation (agency experience preferred).
• Strong proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other animation tools.
• Knowledge of 2D animation, typography animation, and video editing workflows.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and strong visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality output on strict deadlines.
• Familiarity with 3D tools (Blender/Cinema4D) is an added advantage.
