Responsibilities<ul><li>the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.</li><li>implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment</li><li>Handle employee requests and grievances promptly</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment system.</li><li>Collaborate with various departments to understand hiring needs and training accordingly.</li><li>All Admin related work.</li><li>Employee Engagement &amp; handle the relation.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment and interviewing.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.</li><li>Familiarity with HRIS and recruitment software is a plus.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;9,817.37 - &#8377;17,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
